Angelin Lim is an avian behavior and welfare consultant based in Singapore with over 20 years of experience working with parrots and more than 10 years in the zoological profession. Her experience spans avian husbandry, animal training, behavior management, enrichment, public education, and zoological operations.

In assistant curator positions, she has overseen animal collection management, staff supervision and development, program planning, and daily operational functions. She is particularly interested in applying learning theory and behavior science to advance animal welfare, improve human-animal relationships, and promote evidence-based practices in avian care and management.
